Refund Policy

At AnalystsShop, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted for both digital and (if applicable) physical products.


1. Digital Products


Due to the nature of digital goods (such as software, templates, eBooks, or downloadable resources), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the download or access has been provided.

However, we will consider refund requests in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Non-delivery of product (e.g., email issues)

  • Technical issues that prevent access or usage, and cannot be resolved by our support team

To request a refund, contact us at support@analystsshop.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.


2. Physical Products (If applicable)


If we offer physical products (e.g., books, kits, merch):

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your expense unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Note: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable.


3. Course & Webinar Refunds


Live or self-paced online courses may be refundable only under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation before the course start date: 100% refund

  • Withdrawal within the first 24 hours of access: Partial refund (up to 50%)

  • After 24 hours of course access: No refund


4. How to Request a Refund


To initiate a refund request, please email us at:

Subject: Refund Request – Your Order Number
Include: Product details, purchase date, and reason for the request

We aim to respond within 2 business days.


5. Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or card provider for processing time

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at: support@analystsshop.com


6. Policy Updates


We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
